Case: Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
This patient was diagnosed with SIBO by another practitioner and had done 3 rounds of treatment with both antibiotics and herbal supplements with no success over the course of a year. She was initially diagnosed with hydrogen-dominant SIBO, but after the 3 round of treatments, she had both hydrogen and methane gases that had actually increased after one of the treatments (So she had both SIBO and Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth (IMO)). After doing treatments with me for about 3 months, she was finally clear of SIBO.
